IGA WYRZYKOWSKI - CEO | FOUNDER
Iga Wyrzykowski brings over a decade of experience in architecture, project and construction management, with a portfolio that spans high-end retail, health and wellness, and food and beverage concepts across North America. With a strong foundation in both creative vision and technical execution, Iga has built a career defined by innovation, precision, and leadership.
Before founding Ignight Consulting, Iga held key roles at renowned firms such as Gensler and HHA, where she led major national roll-out programs—including the development of over 40 Drybar locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. She also played a pivotal role in Verizon’s re-branding and retail expansion, overseeing complex projects from concept through completion.
In 2020, Iga made a major mark on the aviation and health sectors by developing and launching the first-ever COVID-19 Testing Center in an airport, setting the stage for the rapid growth of XpresCheck, which expanded into 14 airports in just 8 months. Her hands-on approach, eye for detail, and commitment to excellence make her a trusted partner in delivering impactful, future-forward spaces.
Ryan Hewitt - director of operations
Ryan Hewitt is the Director of Operations at Ignight Consulting, where he leads the firm’s day-to-day operations and supports the execution of projects across retail, hospitality, and aviation environments. With a career that spans both healthcare and construction, Ryan brings a unique operational perspective grounded in discipline, efficiency, and people-first leadership.
His strength lies in connecting strategy with execution, ensuring that all stakeholders remain coordinated and focused on delivering results.
Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration and has been working in and around the construction and development industry since 2004. His experience provides both a high-level strategic framework and a practical, ground-level understanding of how projects come together.
Ryan focuses on strengthening internal processes, enhancing project coordination, and building the operational infrastructure needed to support the company’s continued growth.
CRAIG BURMAN -Acquisitions & Project Management
Craig Burman is a highly skilled Project Executive with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and 12 years of focused expertise in aviation projects. Known for his strategic approach and exceptional execution, Craig has led the successful delivery of numerous high-profile developments in airports across the country.
Craig began his aviation career working for a general contractor at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), where he developed a deep understanding of the complexities involved in airside construction. During his time there, he played a key role in the buildout of well-known brands such as American Express, Hudson News, L’Occitane, MAC Cosmetics, Red Mango, and PHL Sports. His portfolio spans retail, food & beverage outlets, and premium airport lounges, reflecting his versatility and ability to manage diverse project types in high-security environments.
With a strong foundation in aviation and a proven track record of managing complex projects from concept through completion, Craig continues to bring excellence, efficiency, and innovation to every project he leads.
